LAURA WOODALL, MS, E-RYT 200, completed her 200-hour training in 2003. She teaches with awareness and compassion, drawing upon her knowledge of anatomy and physical limitations. She has taught yoga as an adjunct professor at Meredith College, worked as an exercise physiologist for cardiac and pulmonary rehab and as a yoga instructor for Rex Hospital.
Laura is a yoga4cancer, trained teacher and is a cancer survivor herself. Laura will lead this class focused on yoga poses that may aid in strengthening the immune system and alleviating the side effects ~ physical, mental and emotional ~ that arise during cancer therapy.
