Developed by a cancer survivor, Tari Prinster, this unique approach matches breath and movement to stimulate the immune system, improve flexibility & strength, reduce anxiety, and boost overall well-being. Over 2,600 teachers worldwide have been trained in the method and currently working in hospitals, cancer centers, community centers, and yoga studios.
